I’ m there with MBCNSW I have a car in concours so it’s all day event for me.

I should be easy to spot as I will be standing close to this beast.

There will be a drive to a venue for lunch afterwards, still to be decided, probably by the beach, maybe Caves Beach Hotel or similar.

Also a little information on the Porsche gathering at Newcastle Museum from 7 Dec to 10 Dec.

A workshop on the Central Coast was sounded out for potential cars to display and i was speaking with someone just an hour ago who was approached to show his Gen 1 Boxster.

It is a stunning 2 owner vehicle and the interior is like new in a not so common color, needs to put original wheels on to show it. It's a pity that only 1 workshop was approached as their are some gems in a lot of garages in Newcastle that could be on display.

Hi All,
For any one interested I am hosting a Porsche only car show in Albury NSW on Sunday the 1st October.
The main reason for the show, as in the title, it is a charity fundraising day for Kaleb McBernie, a young boy with Duchene's Muscular Dystrophy.
The show will run from 10 am to approx. 2pm. $10 per vehicle to enter with all funds raised going to Muscular Dystrophy Australia.
I have organised an 8 piece brass band, food and drinks will be available and activities for children.
As stated, its mostly about raising money and awareness for a great cause but there will also be some great cars on show as well. There are plenty of early air cooled Porsches around Albury, surprisingly more than I imagined !!!
I have already secured approx. 25 cars to display with quite a few more expected. From a nice 356 super 90 to a 2015 GT3.
If any one would like to make a donation, I can supply tax deductible receipts from Muscular Dystrophy Australia.

We know there is quite a few people on this forum from Newcastle and it would be great to see you and your cars.

This meet up is for Euro cars mainly so bring yours along.

Some car enthusiasts in the area have been trying to get this up and running for quite some time now and finally we have a venue.

It's being held at a VW/Audi/Porsche mechanics workshop in the Harbourside suburb of Wickham, so far it has been on an invite, word of mouth basis and euro cars only, as there is only a small area for cars.

I'm pretty sure we will out grow the venue very soon and we will have to find a bigger area to hold it. Big thanks go to Scott996 for doing a lot of leg work to get this off the ground.

The green boxster in the background of this pic is a 1 gen car and it is in mint condition, i have never seen a Boxster like it, absolutely stunning car and all original and i wish i took some pics of it.

This qualified because it has a 911 gearbox
