	Hi all, I own a 2017 991.1 GTS and now the PCM only allows my Android to connect for calls and texts. The function where I could send an address to the car and see calendar entries no longer works. The Android Play Store has removed the app. Dealer said Porsche now only deal with Apple, not Android as Google wanted too much proprietary info from Porsche. I don't want to have to change phones, preferring Android aka Galaxy S9 and feel really cheesed off that a car I paid &gt;$300k for has had this function removed within a year of brand new. Any ideas anyone?

	I need to replace the front bump stops on my ’06 987 Boxster 2.7 - they're toast </p>
<p></p>

<p>
	The car has 81,000km on it – would I necessarily be due for more of a suspension refresh than just the flogged out bump stops?</p>
<p></p>

<p>
	What parts would you recommend for a suspension refresh if that was the way to go?</p>
<p></p>

<p>
	Conversely, how much is a coilover setup worth – Eibach/Koni/Bilstein etc?  Is it worth the expense for weekend street/hills only driving?  This is a slippery slope of both fronts/rears when maybe I just need to do the front bump stops………..</p>

	All things being equal, a single plug engine will need more advance than a twin plug so am interested in what max advance people have experienced on SP engines.

<p>
	Just returned from having my &lt;cough&gt; Audi aligned at a well-known alignment specialist.  I'm interested in the precision/reproducibility of the equipment used, having a scientific background.  What has piqued my interest is that I had an initial measurement F&amp;R done on Friday, before fitting PU bushes to the FRONT only.  Today I went back after fitting the bushes and had the full alignment done.
</p>

<p>
	To be clear, the car was only driven to and from the alignment place and not driven between visits.  I should also add that the suspension is in extremely good condition.  I would expect the rear measurement done on Friday to be very close to the initial measurement today...
</p>

<p>
	Here's Friday's rear measurements:                                                               Camber: (L) -1.19o (R) -1.76o                Toe: (L) -0.5mm (R) 5.3mm
</p>

<p>
	Here's Monday's rear measurements (not adjusted, same as Friday's) : Camber: (L) -1.59o (R) -1.44o                 Toe: (L) 1.0mm (R) 2.8mm
</p>

<p>
	I would expect these readings to be much closer, given that they are essentially replicate readings.  Are my expectations too high?  I'd like to see +/- 0.1...
</p>

	Hi All,
</p>

<p>
	I just managed to pick up this 1980's beauty and need a little help from an electrical guru.
</p>

<p>
	I will be able to get power to the unit but I am having issues with the speaker wires... it has a fader control so is able to run 4 speakers but the only other wires coming from the rear are to 2 x plugs (pictured) which look like they go to an equalizer or booster etc .... I'm assuming this is a factory fitted unit rather than a unit that has the loose wires.
</p>

<p>
	The question I have is .... can these plugs be cut off and wired directly to speakers, or does this type of unit have to go through a booster that then has wires going to the speakers?
</p>

<p>
	Thanks in advance .....
