  1. Or go feral .... http://aircooledtechnology.com/
  2. Maybe my bad .... there are two "brown" sportos in the world ?
  3. Yes, I agree .... something about the colour and sporto cause I'm getting lazy ... although it was advertised by the Healey Factory https://healeyfactory.com.au/product/1976-porsche-911-2/ up until a month or two ago, for something like $95K and sat for at least a year at that rate .... not sure who has it now ....
  4. Better value proposition at $58K - rebuilt engine or top end at least, and I'll assume clutch and the while your in there stuff given the $25K bills .... the way I like my 20 year old and 150+Kilo cars ... https://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/details/Porsche-911-Carrera-1998/OAG-AD-16584363/?Cr=58
  5. Well, by the looks of it, at least another thrashing ........... but if its straight, tempting

    Wanted : 1969 - 1973 911 Front Bumper

I'd try over on the TYP901 forum if no luck here Rob.
  7. I'm learning all the time
  8. Hi, apologies didnt see this. The items have sold. FYI they were new per the pics in the PDF attachment. Julian
  9. Hi, I have the following new parts for sale, which would be $1870 USD plus freight to get to Australia - they are for sale for $1870 AUD, plus freight. If only the rear parts are wanted I have someone who may be interested in the front control arm bushes, hangers, strut brace and monoballs, if you'd like the rest only. Buy some of their adjustable springplates and torsion bars and do your reindexing in 10 minutes. Prefer pickup but happy to ship if you send me con notes and insure. Cheers Julian Elephant Racing .pdf

    Electrical gremlins - overhaul options?

If you do ever go down the Kroon route note that the male and female plugs are very hard to get ........ you need to save yours and send them off with your order to get refurbished. Cheers. Julian
  12. The metal facia under kneepad piece approximately at the ash tray / radio will have the production number stamped which you can then trace back (to a point) if its 73 and pre, or if really keen you you can pull off the dash and if lucky the same hand written production number will still be intact on the metal there as well. This makes an interesting alternative ...... unless someone did all the work themselves you couldn't build it for less, and then it's still a converted car ... https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Porsche-911-1973/SSE-AD-5461074/?Cr=21
  13. I'm not sure there is such a premium ..... that's $200K Australian sitting at Goodings with premium before you pay transport to the docks, shipping, insurance and import duties to Australia ..... it will owe you at least as much as the 2 for sale in Australia at $275K before you negotiate ..... and it's LHD

    964 Market Watch

Not sure if this has been mentioned but this is now $105K in the spiel and if it's as described, in what I think is one of the best colour combo's, with recent engine rebuild then close to the only way I'd buy a 25-30 year old car .... unless the price reflected the fact top end, gearbox, clutch etc. hadn't been recently done. Yes, I see it's a tip. https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Porsche-911-Carrera-1990/SSE-AD-5547179/?Cr=7

    Intrior door parts

These people used to surprise me with what they had, and they were relatively cheap as well. http://dcautocatalog.com/
