I am looking at purchasing and importing a Porsche 911SC or 911s (2.7L) from South Africa to Australia and need advise/help with the following:
Does any know a reliable Porsche mechanic in South Africa who I can arrange to inspect the car around Pretoria?
What is the safest way to purchase the car and make payment to make sure it don't get ripped off.
What is the realistic cost of importing a car by the time it's cleared customs - if anyone has a rough breakdown of cost it would appreciated. (dollar amount /percentage after import)
Can you import an outlaw or do AUS customs make it difficult with the modifications.
