Unley SA Cars and Coffee

Recommended Posts

This Sunday the 15th. Much bigger car park than Blackwood. Probably be some cars that rarely see the light of day, mainly due to their custodians never wanting to venture more than 5kms away from their humidity controlled enviroments

@LeeM is that your car in the pictures?  I'll come down. Might be the cars last outing for a while.

A decent turn out for Any Given Reason's first Cars n Coffee meet today at Unley, though sadly, with the coffee part of the title, the bloke never turned up to provide the caffeine fix! 14 Porsche's in all, with an international celebrity (sorry Tom, not you mate) with a lovely South African couple, Corlandi and Andre doing a world tour in their 69 911 hot rod. He drives the crap out of it too apparently. I even got a mate along with his Cayman S for his first CnC

One car in particular will grab your attention I'm sure!

Edit! Ofcourse this is NOT a Boxster below as I have been made aware of! Carry on

This is on again tomorrow from 7.30am.

They didn't have coffee last time (mix up with the vendor I think) yet there is a coffee house across the road if you need a double shot heart starter

The Next C&C - Unley is on Sunday 20th January 2019.

Alternatively there seems to be a semi regular SMT run that LeeM and StewF seems to coordinate.

Any SA members interested?

@Mttel, @g_match A few of us do go to C & C Unley occasionally.  But we often prefer to go driving.  If you're interested in joining in on one of the Sunday morning drives, PM me, @LeeM or @AndrewW for details.

I went to the last Unley C&C on 16th Dec (my first time there).

It was damp, so whilst there was a great diverse range of stuff to look at, everyone was saying numbers were down due to the rain.

I had the only Porsche there, so felt like a bit of a 'Nigel-no-mate' (apologies to any PFA'ers by the name Nigel).

Didn't stay all that long, but headed home to Prospect from Unley, via Strathalbyn, if you know what I mean.😀
