Location of lower seat belts bolts

On my 1970 911T, I have no lower bolt holes on the tunnel or the sills
Were the seat belts and buckles bolted to the seat or the seat rails?
If anyone can post a picture of their car, that would be great

I know that in my '74 they were bolted to the rails. Roughly midway up from the floor about 20cm froward of the edge of the door opening...
