PPI's (Sydney and some)

Recommended Posts

As we are creatures of habit , most of us will go back to most trusted suppliers .. however in my case , my dude has taken long service leave.

Whats your faves and who is the most fastidious of PPI people you know .  Sometimes im happy with an email and a chat

So also who rights up the best reports?

Who is generally all round reasonable on price , not just hunting for work and balanced in doing them in your view?

We get this question asked so many times , maybe we should have a shout out on who your good guys are for each city and or local..

Right now looking for someone in Sydney but happy to hear about Adelaide , Melb etc.

Do you have some with specialised skills who knows a certain series of cars that knows one better than the other?

Cheers

Hi Symsy - I've used Dave & Carlos at Cavacos for years now and never been disappointed.  Real reports with every fault listed - not generic type reports like I've had from other larger organisations.  I know they've butted heads a couple of times with premium Sydney dealers selling cars so they're happy to stand on record and not particularly worried about a car or seller's reputation/expectations.  Pm me if you'd like further details.

I second Cavaco, very knowledgeable about Porsches and were happy to chat and give detailed perspective of a prospective car.

No not at all. but if i was buying and the seller maybe has a relationship with PCM,, I'd try to yake it to PCB . Not a big deal really, either dealer will go hard on it , very picky, beacuase the want any of the repairs etc at their inflated prices, just my opinion nothing more.
