I like these auctions. Shows where the market is actually at.

Yes and no.... but i reckon the $$ are about right in todays market.

The issue with Collecting/Trading/Lloyds/Grays etc is that it has segmented the buyers too much.... IMHO

What do we think this white one is worth gents? I’m hearing they want 270+. I would have thought about 260 max?

About right I guess ? I am going to take a break from Porsche ownership for a while so mine will be on the market next month .

I will be asking all of that but mine has sub 30,000 KM .

in comparison to the AC car

Part of me misses the AC car and to be fair, I miss all my cars!

The rumble of the Falcon, the open air experience of the convertible, however, I am more than happy that I made the switch and I intend to keep this one as long as the SC - if not longer. It was explained to me as the rest car. @Grimmy was 100% correct that I have not looked at another 911 on the market as I now have what I have always been desiring. I just didn't realise it at the time hahaha

Life is for living and experiencing all that it has to offer, so well done Sir on experiencing all the many flavours of GT. 'Reckon a RS might have to be next on the cards??

After taking it for a blast yesterday afternoon, I also didn't realise how much I missed an LSD - What a weapon, I can't stop looking at it and simply admiring the engineering and the pure Pornsche (That's a combination of Porn and Porsche)

On hold. What was it advertised for?

Advertised for $388k. Turned into a quick 24hr phone bidding thing. I just about secured it. Subject to PPI results. PPI is on Wed. Might even be lowest km 997 GT3 there is, we'll see how it plays out.

The white 997.2 one. I negotiated price and had the PPI done last week and also investigations with Porsche HQ on certain claimed facts. It didn't pass what I was looking for, I wont go into details, but due-diligence is KEY for any exy car is all I can say.

I was just curious when it advertised again (white one). When I called them, I got an interesting explanation. Hard to trust dealers. Bloody liars.

At least it got to cruise on the GP circuit in Vic Park (Adelaide) earlier this year for Sunday morning cars and coffee. Some idiots at Adelaide Council are trying to rip it up. Morons!

And the GT3 just passed PPI. One of the best examples they have seen they said! Like a new car they said.

So happy, the car should be with me as its new home in a couple of weeks.

Thanks for all the support and advice on this thread for the last nearly 2 years! I've been looking. You've all been so helpful.
