Cheap @ $32K but also note:

"This car was completely rebuilt in 2012 from a damaged Australian delivered 996 Porsche 911. The insurer paid out over $60,000 and the car was built to as brand new condition using many new parts and panels and has only travelled approx 15,000 kilometres."

Quite an interesting colour!

https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Porsche-911-Carrera-1999/SSE-AD-5697806

Pictures don’t look much in the ad but when googling that colour it looks amazing when detailed.

Yeah. That looks like a pretty good buy

Here is a good example of how good the colour looks - sort of purple tinge: https://rpmtechnik.co.uk/sales/vehicle/996-csr-retro/

Unusual, but nice colour - my monitor doesn't do it justice though.

I am thinking it must be a private import as the colour & a few other clues are not the sort of options that were offered &/or available here.

996 sales are very slow ATM so I think this could be a good buy & a good 'keeper' for an enthusiast - not collector.

The old ad from the last owner popped up a couple of months ago. The car was located in SA and had approximately 50k km. Priced about the same from memory. Look back a few pages and you’ll find my link to the old reactivated ad (Carsales glitch)

Nice manual coupe on the 'Porsche Cars & Parts For Sale' Facebook page. Seem to recall this was originally advertised for 62 or 67K. Now $48,843, seems like a good deal to me:

Very tidy, although they need to either straighten that 911 badge or remove it!! haha

Is this one a private import?

Hey,

Im new to all this and was wondering, a 2000 911 Carrera with over 100k on it, what would be a good price to get it at? What factory options are desirable? Does a GT3 Kit diminish value?

TIA

Manual or tip? Will have a big difference  on price

Tip in coupe

Prices seem to have leveled off at the moment as long as the km’s aren’t too far beyond the 100k’s you state if it’s got full service history and hopefully ims has been done I’m going to say mid 40’s,as for factory options the more it’s got the better for you when it comes to sell it on.

Yeh - the KM's are starting to go further through 130k's so I think I might pass it off. Will be to hard to sell when needed at 150+++
