Nice looking car priced right Do we go off pure condition for an 18 year old vehicle? reason I say that is the service books have some large gaps (49k to 93k isn’t filled out, neither is 93k to 114k with the current owner)
Stephen Tinker Posted 4October, 2019 Report Share Posted 4October, 2019 If the owner can supply service invoices to "prove" that the car has been serviced (but the books failed to get stamped), then I'd say that's OK, but no receipts / records / stamps in the book could mean it aint happened.... I don’t t think the current owner has any service “invoices” circa 2006-2015...
kov Posted 13October, 2019 Report Share Posted 13October, 2019 Does anyone have history on the below 4S? It was sold on Carsales 14/12/17.. cannot retrieve any other history on Carsales.. Trying to determine if it’s the same car as listed below? https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/details/2002-Porsche-911-Carrera-4S-996-Manual-AWD-MY02/SSE-AD-6259755

MFX Posted 22October, 2019 Report Share Posted 22October, 2019 I am currently looking into doing a straight swap of my 240z for this car. It is NOT a GT3 despite the decals and number plate. Apparently it has a VF supercharger, carbon backed GT3 seats, CAE shifter, 8 pot front calipers, coil overs, very loud switchable exhaust, etc. Not exactly a quite daily driver, even though that is what it's duties will be. Does anyone know the car? I am getting David Brennan to check it out this week in Melbourne, but any other info would be good. daveyoul, Morpheus, LeeM and 5 others
TwoHeadsTas Posted 22October, 2019 Report Share Posted 22October, 2019 That looks really sweet Jeff, hope it checks out, Dave is a good guy and will tell it like it is. And, love Speed Yellow 🙂 AD08Rs probably won;t last long as a daily driver, might need to look at PS2s or similar though..... MFX
