Hi Dave & welcome to Melbourne

Hope you & your family fit right in and the weather is not too cool for you.

PS: I reckon I am going to need your expertise & recommendation, sooner or later (was going to buy a Cayenne Turbo but without advice got cold feet & chickened out!!!!!!)

Thank you! It’ll be good to be home, have been out of the state for about 11 years, looking fwd to it. Should be more mobile mechanic friendly weather for our arrival!

Cayenne Turbo’s are great buying right now if you can jag a good one. Can give you a hand what to look for during your inspection before you get a PPI done. Cheers

Welcome to the forum from one newbie to another.

Mechanic eh. How far do you / will you travel from Melbourne?

Hey Dave, Thanks!

I'm open to travel, especially if you're from a holiday destination ;) I will be down the Mornington Peninsula a bit.

Welcome aboard Dave. We have a couple of Porsche specialists here and another is certainly welcome. Hopefully you can share some of your knowledge and experience here on the forum.

Interesting concept being mobile. I think it's a sensational idea, especially that it can give the DIY guy some specialist assistance if required. ?

Thank you! The mobile concept has been great for me and the owners. Most of the owners 'get it' and are interested in learning about their cars. Open to providing assistance too.

Welcome to the forum, a mobile Porsche mech is probably a rare thing.

I don't want to put a dampener on your introduction here Dave but if you are advertising your services maybe you should be upgrading the membership if it's not already in motion.

I’m thinking about a Cayman located in Victoria, are you available now for PPIs Dave ?

(or if Daves not setup to go just yet, I’d appreciate any suggestions for a PPI.. I’m from NSW so logistically I guess mobile would be ideal)

thanks
