Jason Guiver Posted 5December, 2018 Report Share Posted 5December, 2018 I've had my Platinum Speedster for sale for a while, and recently was summoned to the RMS inspection depot at Botany. They advised me that my rego doesn't list any modifications or engineering report to support what the car has become. It's currently registered as a 1971 VW beetle, which is what the car was built on. They gave me a defect notice, and advised that I would require the car to be certified ( the old engineering report ). They listed the things to be certified are; the shortened floor pan and fitting of replica speedster body. If somebody could steer me towards someone who could assist in this task, it would be much appreciated. cheers, Jason.
