porsche718 Posted 9January, 2019 Report Share Posted 9January, 2019 I just noticed a small scratch on my 991. 2 carerra leather seat. I've attached some photos of it. Not sure how this happened as the seat has hardly been sat in. Any ideas on what might fix this? Are there any conditioners out there that will remove it? Otherwise can the professionals do something about it?

It'd be hard to find a shoe polish identical to the colour of that seat 😂
LeeM Posted 9January, 2019 Report Share Posted 9January, 2019 Do you have the mobile 'Uticolour' business in your state? Been told they're very good at this sorta thing, as they mix n match most interior colours. Might be worth doing a search online for them or a similar company who specialise in trim resto work
dan_189 Posted 10January, 2019 Report Share Posted 10January, 2019 A mobile leather repairer can touch that up quite well. New life leather repairs are usually quite good - although it's a franchise, the guy I've used is really good. On my phone so I can't see your location! It's a low/no cost try & will not negate others solutions.
Coastr Posted 11January, 2019 Report Share Posted 11January, 2019 Great patina in 30 years time.... scratches like that are usually caused by clothing or handbags. Be vigilant for the buckle-laden offenders
tazzieman Posted 11January, 2019 Report Share Posted 11January, 2019 Looks like someone's put a (Christmas?) box on the seat. Are they rub marks or is it a little dented? Personally , I would get used to it because there will be more!
