1971 911E LHD Survivor For Sale

Recommended Posts

Not RHD and definitely not Australian delivered, but probably the cleanest, straightest and least messed with longhood 911 available for the price.

Numbers matching, but with PMO carbs. Original burgandy, now sun baked Californian brown paint (where it is not missing). The pictures probably portray it as better than it is. S trim, S front calipers and front and rear sway bars. No documentation or paperwork from before it was imported 6 years ago. Import approval.

Recent major engine out service by Cavaco Motors, including gearbox oil change and new  release bearing. Nothing that I am aware of needs to be attended to.

Interior  is all there including the door pockets with covered up speaker holes in the map pockets. Dash is probably a later replacement without a separate speaker insert and has cracks around the speaker holes. If the yellow tartan is not for you, I can supply the car with a black drivers seat similar to the one currently in the car together with the original passenger seat and rear seat bottoms.

Original parts that will go with the car

MFI system

Front seats

Steering Wheel

14 inch Fuchs

The car is at a point where it can be restored to original, turned into a hot rod or enjoyed as is.

$ 96,000.00

Different propositions, however I think too expensive. I few years back I went to see the Blue 72 car when its Brissy enthusiast importer & restorer of the car was selling. We ended up not doing a deal for the sake of a few grand ($73k ish purchase). Ask me who feels stupid now. Its fair to say though that further work has been done since.

Good luck with your sale I really like the look of it. Clear coat it, instant RatRod survivor!.

My comment was a bit tongue in cheek. If I had priced it too cheaply, it would have sold too quickly. I tried to price the car to offer what I believe is fair value.

If this is aimed at my comments then I'm confused. Your previous post was a question, which was answered.

Who knows if it's too cheap, not sold yet is it? Fair value, the buyer decides that & seller runs with it or not.

If you have read my first sentence as referring to your car, NO it's the ones you list in your post.

Hope this clears thing up.

No confusion - re reading my reply to you I realize it was a bit cryptic. I fully agree with you that the other cars I listed in my post seem rather pricey. As for mine, you are correct, only potential buyers can decide on whether it is fair value or not.
