The car will never see a track, and I don't like mucking about too much with what Doctor Ferdinand thinks is pretty well right. After the weekend run, I think we (Arne and I) have just about talked Grimmy into coming over to the low side..... New year project I'm thinking !! Arne Krix Posted 13March, 2020 Author Report Share Posted 13March, 2020 added 15 mm spacers to front and back, combined with the lowered springs looks 100% better, really nice stance , the chassis sits perfect. I had a couple of runs , trying right on the limit and push a bit more , I'd say although the Cayman handles awesome to start with , things have gone for the better when you go hard. Slightly hardy ride , no to little roll . No issues with scraping against wheel arches or bottom out at all. P-Kay

Some lovely cars here on the forum. That lip is a OEM 996 GT3 Cup lip. I actually have 7mm/15mm spacers from the same ebay supplier you mentioned above (I recommend the ebayer by the way). But they are off at the moment, as the car is being inspected by VicRoads next week I think I couldve gone wider than 7mm at the front anyhow, but I'll settle on 7mm. How are you finding your setup? Arne Krix Posted 9April, 2020 Author Report Share Posted 9April, 2020 15mm front and rear perfect for my set up.wheels sit perfect in relation to the chassis , not to much in or out , just right. Of course depends on your rims and wheels as well. porka987s
