I talked to her today about renting it to someone who wishes to store their car. It is at her retirement village and perfect for storing a car as it is not connected to any dwelling and is in a strip of single lock up garages at her village. It comes with a remote control door and no other access doors, so very secure, and the renter will be the only person with access.
