Just popped into my local Sydney branch who found two available from a branch in the Northern Territory. Would normally be $60 delivery but given it's a promo, delivery is free. May take a couple of weeks but in no rush as it's just a spare. pretty much my situation too. can never have enough 'just in case' items in the cave

Fishcop Report post Posted 21January If anyone else is chasing a CTEK on special, the 5amp is $109, this bundle is probably the pick at $129... https://www.edisons.com.au/ctek-mxs-5-0-12v-5a-battery-charger-bundle-comfort-indicator-bumper-protector/
ArthurK Report post Posted 21January The 5amp is brilliant. I have it now permanently connected to my Motorsport which is never driven. The battery was pretty much fried and this thing reconditioned it and got it working again, now sitting on trickle charge. 1 Fishcop reacted to this

Justin I have this one and it works a treat. I used it to get my totally flat V8 running and then put the CTek onto it, both worked a charm! https://www.totaltools.com.au/118465-tti-12v-jump-starter-ttieps500

My advice is to NOT buy a cheap one (Kogan & the like), like I first did. I then got a very good one which was about $190 & it has been great. It recently started 2 neighbours cars that had sat in street for 7 months as the owners couldn't get back home because of Pandemic.
