Adam, your target needs to be the Tassie 70th get together and display on the 13th October.  We need to find those 70 cars needed...

My target was a state wide drive with a  bunch of Porsche guys the week after then, no chance in hell of making that unless you have a magic wand......

Bring it on a trailer then ☺ but perhaps that wouldn't be a good look......

Thanks for the friendly Wave gents.

I was out with some friends with mixed marque's Porsche & AMG

Nice to see some familiar PFA faces and cars going in the opposite direction and also staying on the correct side of the road.

Unfortunately the same cannot be said for some other Porsche Drivers yesterday. Come across some drivers on the wrong side of the road on Nayook-Powelltown road.

You would think after coming across one car that they would pull their head in however nope, everyone that was following me had to deal with them.

Note these were not part of the PFA run however their cars appear on photo's on a Facebook page for another event yesterday.

Maybe it needs to explained that these are not closed road events!

Went for a bit of a drive on Friday in the 996.

Drove along this bit at one stage on Saturday. Saw lots of porkers going the other way.

Had a drink with a few people on Sat night.

Great show. Porsche really know how to celebrate the 70th.

Did over 1600ks and well worth it.

great run this morning and I managed to get home before lunch commitments!

One always thinks everyone else in your age group hasn't aged as well as you..... till you see a pro photo....

That’s insanely optimistic given we had 10 and 14 year olds in the group! ?

After getting bored of the 80kmh conga line I detoured along this road on Sunday. But, I was running solo so I plead not guilty, your Honour.

I can’t vouch for the behavior of others in the group as we were split up a bit.

Finally got my new registration plates on (thanks to Stewart Kay of Historic Plates).

Then it was time for a run through the Adelaide hills down to see Ben Finnis @ Collectible Classics, Strathalbyn (good excuse to get the GT3 out on a typical Adelaide spring day).  Week 2 of ownership & can't stop smiling......
