Bump stops replacement should not alter a wheel alignment per se.  However, because you need to remove the shock and then put it back after you replace the bump stops, it will be a good idea to redo the alignment in my opinion.

If you're going to the effort of replacement of the bump stops and doing a wheel alignment again, it might be more worthwhile to look at replacing other stuff while the shocks out.  Anything else looking tired?  Bushes all OK?
