The Porsche 996 Essential Companion by Adrian Streather.  Good used condition, as per photos.  Has a slight crease on front cover as detailed in photo.  Happy to send you more photos of general condition.  I've never opened it with grease on my hands.  I'd describe it as used - excellent condition.

Cheapest used copy I could find was $155 including freight.  I'll include freight to you (within Australian metro areas) for $115.  It's a big book, 2.3kgs & nearly 4cm thick.

New they seem to be going for ridiculous money.
