Hi

Happy new year,

After playing with performance gains for my S2, I have pretty much decided to return to stock and buy a newer car to satisfy my passion for power,

I am looking to sell on my supercharger setup for the S2 (probably will fit 968)

details are

Rotrex C38-81 Supercharger (3 months since rebuild at https://www.facebook.com/UKSuperchargerRepairs/ approx 1500 Kms(latest billet impellar, ceramic bearing upgrades)

SC oil cooler, filter and resevoir

4 pulleys 88mm, 95mm, 100mm and 105mm $195 each, (https://bulletcars.com/superchargers/superchargers-headunits/rotrex/)

951 IC

VEMS plug n play ECU,  Stealth Board mounted in Bosch ECU case (with tune)

HP stream laptop with VEMSTUNE installed (opt.)

custom wiring harneses,

Boasch ev14 injectors (https://www.bosch-motorsport-shop.com.au/547cc-min-ev14-injector~4308) with plug n play loom to run sequential injection (replaces  resistor pack)

VW TFSI coil on plugs, stealth wiring through original dizzy cap, C.O.P cover.

IAT sensor, TPS, SC oil temp sensor and looms/adapters

Brand new Bosch O2 sensor,

Brand new O2 sensor weld in bung,

GFB divertor valve,

Modified 951 coolant flange (near head) for undated coolant route to radiator

all hoses, pipes, clamps etc

Nissan quest alternator,

Custom SC bracket, 12.7mm 6061 aluminium (sc sits where original alt. sat, new alternator above)

This is as near to a plug and play upgrade, BUT it's not for the faint hearted, it will need to be tuned to your engine, I'm ran 180KPA (approx 12psi boost) with 88mm pulley, now running around 10psi, with 95mm one,

If your engine has stock internals (mine are forged) suggest start with largest pulley and monitor knock (via VEMSTUNE)

Will sell with detailed photos/videos, and can possibly remove alongside person who buys it.

can demonstrate how it runs, Until end of January,

will post photos in a day or so, also will be renewing my PFA membership to post in for sale section in a  day or so,

If you've read this far then you must be interested, now to the good bit,

conservative estimated power at 330-340bhp @12psi and 310-320bhp @10psi

pm me for more details or email at steve dot carnt at gmail dot com

cheers

Steve

@944s2cab - That's a really healthy power figure. What boost pressure were you running to hit 229kw atw? Nice linear power compared to the turbo models too.

About 3psi at 3000rpm rising to 12psi at redline,

I've since fitted a larger pulley for safety margin, so probably running 10psi and maybe 210KW atw

Quite impressive. I'm sure it would be a lot of fun with that power and response!
