SterlingSk Posted 19April, 2022 Report Share Posted 19April, 2022 Does anybody know a way on how to find a build sheet/options list for a specific VIN number (for late model cars)? I'm looking at 981/987 boxters/caymans. Google seems only be spitting up websites that can tell me build information, but not anything specific like a build sheet or options I've had a search here on the forums and found that there's an email 'vincheck@porsche.com.au' but this seems to only be for older cars. Would appreciate any advice. Cheers
MARTY Posted 19April, 2022 Report Share Posted 19April, 2022 It always used to be the case that you could contact Harry at Porsche Melbourne (I think) via email with your vin# and you would get the options your car had,I’m not sure they do that anymore but it’s worth asking. edgy Posted 19April, 2022 Report Share Posted 19April, 2022 If you simply want the M-Codes for the VIN of a car you are looking at Craig Adam @ PCA is your man and can help you.
WB997.2GTS Posted 19April, 2022 Report Share Posted 19April, 2022 Ask the dealer/ owner to send you a photo of the front page of the log book that lists all if the vehicles codes. Google Porsche build codes and cross check
