As I understand it, he's bought the properties so he'll have no influence. It will however be interesting to see how the customer experience will change under the Penske banner at these two dealerships... And more importantly, allocation of stock to these dealerships now that they are under the Penske banner. Guessing it will be a case of watch this space.

Nick Politis was one of the first Parramatta Road car dealers to work out that he was actually in the commercial property business rather than the car business and adapted his business model to focus on owning properties for car dealerships that did not necessarily need to be run by his business.
