996 Steering wheel

hi all, new to PFA and new to Australia! Just moved here from the UK and brought my beloved 996 C2 which I have driven all over Europe and could not bear to part with before moving down under. Had a pickle with Compliance over here as I had various mods which apparently would not pass a blue slip (spacers all round, eibach springs below Aussie standard, non standard air box and steering wheel). Managed to deal with / negotiate everything except the steering wheel. The current momo does not pass compliance and I need the OEM one with aid bag to do so.

Does anyone know where I could beg / borrow one for my blue slip and then swap over and return the OEM? This will hopefully buy me some time until my one gets here from the UK - currently sitting in storage so it will take some organising and a long while to ship over here (cannot air fright given air bag!).

many thanks,

Kam

Welcome to PFA Kam, sorry I can't help you as mine is pretty much in daily use 😉  My 996 is definitely my preferred drive over my MU-X !!!!!
