Perfection, if you lose the yellow highlights! 😍
It is how I would order a Porsche if I ever had the funds to do so!! Thankfully some people out there still buy interesting cars, other than all the boring as bat shit black and grey interiors......

$199K for a  2008 997.2 4S, 15000kms

a bit pricey??

Pretty sure this was at PCM 2017/2018, can't imagine there are too many 4S targas with a red interior kicking around.  It was priced around $150ish then.

Brother - I am fully behind you on the interior choice, but totally against you re exterior in that combo. To me, that exterior is not complimentary to the best interior colour.

We are all different Peter, thankfully! Now it seems only 2 people like this colour combo, I suggest we wait it out and buy it CHEAP!! 😎

I actually don't mind a burgundy interior personally. Matches my cream safari suit and sandals 👍

Burgundy interiors will make a comeback, mark my word.

Fifteen years ago you couldn't sell a car unless it had a grey or black interior.  Brown was a massive joke in or out.  Now brown is back in a big, big way.

Burgundy and blue will make a comeback, wait and see.

Yellow and burgundy is bold but not a great contrast IMO.  Blue and burgundy is bold as well but looks sweet.  I would have gone for a beet red with the yellow exterior.

Unless there is something I don't know, this seems reasonable for a 65? Especially at Dutton.

I mean, I am a fan of the "farm to table" movement....

Curse of the converted.

The same place Dutton get their cars, clearly!

Makes sense, I mean it’s implied by the German delivered part, but a little sneaky if you ask me, I think details around the quality of conversion would only help it.

997.1s with a new 997.2 motor for $73k. Looks like a pretty good buy to me https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/details/2005-Porsche-911-Carrera-S-997-Manual/OAG-AD-16883361?pageSource=details&id=OAG-AD-16883361

actually looking at it some more some oddities - the rear badge for one. And the paint looks like it needs some serious correction
