Couldn't wait until the weekend, so I got on to fitting it this arvo.

Came with gasket, nuts and bolts and very well packed.

No plug for O2 sensor comes with the pipe but a wade plug for a Land Rover Discovery does the job for now.

This is not the original one that came with the car, I picked this one up of eBay as my original one was in need of repair.

Overall the build quality was OK for the price.

Removal and fitting took less than an hour, and I ended up using my original bolts as they were SS and the ones for the heat exchanger/cross over pipe end that come with the pipe are M10. To use the M10 ones the  holes would need to be run through with a drill. Not so easy one the car and I diid not want to either.

On start up there did not appear to be any real difference to the exhaust note, but that may change when its driven. A quick check around the joints showed no signs of any leaks, but i will go over the nuts and bolts after a bit of a drive.

  • 1 year later...

Just received this in the post today, pretty much as described and hopefully will get it fitted at the weekend. It didn't have an O2 sensor (which i don't )you need to get a plug for the hole.

So a year and a half on, how has it turned out?  I'm considering buying one, and I've heard mixed reports about them (OBX), so it's hard to know what's what.
