based on how well todays drive went, (and my feeling it could've been longer) we're doing a longer drive this time

Meet point is Gerbinos - 166 Ashgrove Avenue, Ashgrove departing at 7:45am

I'll be there about 7:15am for breakfast - It's a nice bakery there's heaps of parking space out the front around that time.

Heading to Kilcoy, Will either go back through Mount Mee, or back to Mt Glorious for Lunch (I'm thinking the latter as the lunch options are much better) I guess we'll decide at breakfast or at Kilcoy

Anyone in a Porsche welcome! See you all there!

and i'll make sure I've got some fuel this time before we set off

It would have been longer if we (well Andrew and I) had more time, less gabbing and coffee too would have also possibly extended the drive time ^_^ still had a great day.

Kilcoy plan sounds good, breakie, fuelled up and them just drive! although you better bring your nice road manners too, we don't want to be upsetting any more i30 drivers :P

Hopefully I will have all the maintenance work done in time or i'll have to sit at the back so nobody gets my 2nd hand smoke

maybe I should be in the middle of the pack so I can only interact with other Porsches until I pickup my behaviour! - I think we have a new lead for the drive :P

I think most of us (apart from those people with the newish cars) burn some oil.. I wouldn't really worry about it too much

The smoke wasn't bad - just noticeable and it certainly didn't impact me.  Only mentioned it cause you wouldn't see it when driving.

Seemed to happen on de-acceleration so I thought you were dropping the clutch and chirping your rear tyres :P

I think it is getting worse as I noticed it a bit at a couple of sets of lights when I stopped, so I'll get some new seals this week as I've got a service to do anyway. Hopefully its just the seals and not a faulty oil cooler.

My money is on 22 degrees. Btw did you intentionally post that at 9:11pm :)

complete coincident. Much like the bank card password I received in the mail containing 911 and wife birthday (November 9th).

So PFA member previously know as NJPhoto, what was wrong with your steering?

nothing, it was not installed correctly. T&D just tighten up all the loose bolts and set the tension properly!

Ever since I've owned the car 911 seems to pop up everywhere now.

Russ, what time would we be due back near Brisbane?

if we go the original planned route I would expect around Midday (depends how long we chinwag for on the way)

Otherwise if we end up at days of thunder I think a fair bit later
