Exactly ….. was just wondering if anyone else was thinking the same lol

Well to be really honest, I think they're off their chops, but then again, are we really that surprised with values of every old Porsche?

It was discussed in a local Porsche owners  group here and there were lots of people who knew nothing about Porsches saying how nice it was and how they’d buy it

These are the types of owners who don’t know if their car is an S or base (or that such a thing even existed) whether a 718 is turbo charged or not, and say the “vents” in the front wheel arches of a 991 GT3RS are to cool the engine

People like this who have the $$ are one of the reasons true enthusiasts are priced out of the market (just my opinion of course)

I think thats most peoples opinion mate.

I could go on and on (which I tend to do now n then far too much) about whats worth what, how stupid values really are for any old car thats either perfect or a heap of shit (saw a rusty, dusty, shitty Escort today on Marketplace for $18,000!), yet whats the point trying to justify my opinions to anyone else?

This car is worth that sorta money to, like you mentioned, those who have the financial stability and don't really know or care to know what it is or the history of it. They just want it for whatever reason, be it they just like the look of it, want to start a collection, or they just want to swing their gentleman's vegetables in front of their mates at the yacht club, not to people like me who do think the price is laughable (which I think most old 911's are commanding). Saying that, if you have the disposable coin, why not?  Singapore is on a massively different scale to what we pay for exotic/classic cars here, so it's no real surprise its over $350k.
