It's on again, anyone going?

RACQ MotorFest 2014 is back on July 13 and is promising to be bigger and better, offering something for everyone with more than 700 prestige, vintage, unique and collector vehicles showcased in a carnival atmosphere.

I live about 2 blocks away from Eagle Farm Racecourse so I'm even considering walking there as I think the timeframe for entering display cars has closed

SM!  In Period Mocha Brown!

Sadly a 4-light American model.  The evils of the NHTSA against car design are extensive.

Bad phone pics ... for some reason the only ones I took all day.

i'm pretty sure the blue one i saw in pictures from CarreraG50 is a real one that i saw serviced at TD Automotive recently

Russ, if you like you can post those pictures I sent you, I know there only crappy phone ones, however the KREMER 930 may be

of interest. Reading the blurb on the blue SPEEDSTER it appears to be a genuine RHD one.

I went on Sunday briefly. The Aquamarine Speedster is a genuine RHD 56. Where it came from is anyone's guess. I've certainly never seen it before. Sublime.

The red one was an average LHD replica.

You know I don't think I will bother going to this show again. It gets too crowded and there are a lot of seriously average cars there. A lot of stuff in the British and Japanese sections weren't even decent driver cars. Half the BMW club cars are just newish cars. While there were some highlights I think i'd rather hit smaller shows with a narrower focus.

I heard over the PA he blue speedster was a finalist but didn't win.

As for the Renault - yes, Tahts what I mean. I'm sure the owners are proud but there was too many modern cars mixed with ordinary examples to make it worthwhile - I'm sure it is meant to be inclusive but I don think the format works well, especially given the site.
