Not a Clubsport, but does have leather trimmed buckets, 65,000kms, $269,990.

I see this pricing, and wonder whether I sold my 135,000km car too cheap, but the almost identical spec and mileage (to this dealer car) at Autohaus a couple of months back was advertised at $250 and sold for $235, so I'm thinking that it's going to be very hard to get these advertised prices unless they're a unicorn.  As we know, they can be advertised at a price, but often won't sell at that price.....

(and I'm quite happy with my price achieved 🙂 )

I wonder if that’s a car belonging to a PCV member? Have seen it if it is.

If you are thinking of L Baxters car, no, it’s not. This is another one.

Matt has another one listed, a relatively higher mileage car, at a price that I think is not far off the mark.  Realism starting to show in the market??

I'd agree with everything you've said! Assuming dealer price has a 10% GST factored in too?

Would think so.  He would have a notional 1/11 input credit to claim against the GST included on the sale assuming the PO was a private individual, so he ends up only paying GST on his profit on the car....

Looks like people are starting to list cars at sale prices rather than 'it only takes one buyer' moonshot prices... be interesting to see how it goes

I think you're right Damien.  I've noticed there's been a couple of realistically priced 986 Boxsters being posted on FB marketplace over the last couple of weeks too
