I understand they are called Design 92 wheels, 16", have a 944 part number prefix and were fitted to some later 964's.

Different to Cup 1's and Cup 2's.

Design 90's are my favourite 964 wheels

It's not outrageous money for a C2. And I'd expect some wiggle room in that price. Whether the car presents at a standard to fetch that money or not is another matter entirely.
