Dalai Posted 13September, 2021 Report Share Posted 13September, 2021 @on_booost Been sitting on CS for ages about $50K less... Looks to be playing the old game where if your car is sitting for ages without a buyer, you will surely find one by increasing the price! The above, copied from the ad - Which part is Factory? Ive had a HK import previously - and they are fans of "filler"

Been sitting on the market forever ages it seems with no takers I have, some nice resto work done on it. I’d say most people are put off by the price for an import. Hard to price with Covid, however $140k seems to be closer to the mark for a nice import like that one.
Sepand Posted 28September, 2021 Report Share Posted 28September, 2021 You reckon it’s that over priced? I’ve seen nothing manual coupe sell around that for either 964 or

I’ve seen nothing manual coupe sell around that for either 964 or 993 Its a UK car, if you have spend a bit of time comparing the rust and general condition of the car in areas not easy to reach or sight, one would never pay the same amount for an Aussie delivered car vs a UK car unless it has been fully stripped down & restored. The red 964 hasnt been through that process....thus there is a reason why it is not selling at that price.

A really nice aust del gold over burgundy g series was $140kish a couple of weeks ago. Seems sharply priced cars move. Going back to the original question as to why this red import 964 isn’t moving at $170k. theplanner

Hard at the moment with Covid pricing to really tell. That red one might sell tomorrow! At a guess though I’d say $170k for an aust del 964 would sell.
