Dsisco Posted 21November, 2015 Report Share Posted 21November, 2015 Hey guys,I have just purchased another 911SC,The problem I have is that for some reason the steering has some play/slack,For some reason the steering is easier to turn left & is hard to turn right, any idea where to start? could it be an alignment issue? Tie rods?Any help would be much appreciated
clutch-monkey Posted 21November, 2015 Report Share Posted 21November, 2015 can you physically move the wheel up and down etc? the plastic bearing is a common issue, pelican sells a much better replacement (the mitch leland bushing).it's what i'd check first
BlitzKonig Posted 21November, 2015 Report Share Posted 21November, 2015 First thing I would try is getting an algiment like you say, maybe more toe on one side than the other?Process of elimination.

tazzieman Posted 22November, 2015 Report Share Posted 22November, 2015 Maybe the rack itself needs some attention as well.
