SMT - Sunday 10 Jan - Evans Head Fly-In Plane Show

As always - late notice.

I am planning on heading down to Evans Head on Sunday morning.  It's about 1 hour south of Byron Bay.

It's a free event   -   last year they achieved 180 cars in their Classic Car show alone !   Plus tonnes of planes etc.  Joy rides are available too.

I will be meeting with some Gold Coast guys (Opel GT, MG, Aston etc) on the highway near Byron.   Time to be decided, but earlier the better.

Took the kids to the Great Eastern Fly In at Evans Head today.   150+ cars, lots of planes.  Joy flights in some old USA war planes.    Enjoyed it.   However, my 18yo daughter has decided she has an interest in flying - so she is doing an intro course in April..........
