StevepGT3 Posted 12January, 2016 Report Share Posted 12January, 2016 I was expecting a trident burnt into a piece of bread, like all those faces of Jesus and the Virgin Mary appearing in corn chips.

black911 Posted 12January, 2016 Author Report Share Posted 12January, 2016 Coincidently read this on the Car Buzz Website:It may be 2016, but automakers are still struggling to makes its vehicles trouble free. Maserati has just recalled 33 units of the 2016 Maserati GranTurismo and GranCabrio, which were built from September 1, 2015 to November 30, 2015. What’s the problem? Apparently, a non-galvanized main fuel deliver line can corrode and cause a fuel leak, which increases the risk of a fire on the vehicle. As of January 7, 2016, Maserati dealers will replace the main fuel delivery line for free. So far, nobody has been injured.

Airhead Posted 14January, 2016 Report Share Posted 14January, 2016 he had only bought the car about six weeks ago and that it was worth about $300,000.What he meant to say was " I bought it 6 weeks ago for $300000 and before the fire it was worth $220000"
tazzieman Posted 15January, 2016 Report Share Posted 15January, 2016 It overheated in a big way.The main fuel line can't corrode that quickly , surely? Surely? That contemporary high end luxury vehicle mfrs can't construct a failsafe fuel delivery system beggars belief. Unless they are now made by "Great Wall". Which I suppose is plausible.
