Ulala Posted 9November, 2011 Report Share Posted 9November, 2011 Lake Mountain Sprint, it a GO GO Experience the thrill of driving your car on a competition section of a The Lake Mt tarmac rally stage under closed road conditions and behind a very spirited pace car at Lake Mt in Victoria - no helmets, roll cages or race tyres needed! The Lake Mountain Sprint is a 10km stage that starts at the resort ticket office at the base of the mountain and ends in the village centre at the top of the Mountain. It is made up of twelve runs with a total competitive distance of 120km up the mountain (and 120km non competitive fast downhill runs) over the two days giving you serious seat time value over two days of competition. Socially, the 'Sprint' dinner on the Saturday night will be a chance to get all competitors, crew and officials together to talk about all things motorsport. On Sunday a Presentation function will be held shortly after the last run. Of course, the usual post race celebrations will continue well into Sunday night. Its not just about Driving Fast and Partying into the wee hours of the morning - you will also be injecting some much valued tourist dollars in to the Marysville community to help them rebuild their lives following the devastating Black Saturday bush fires in the region two years ago.
