935fanatic Posted 16March, 2018 Report Share Posted 16March, 2018 This is a Sachs metallic racing clutch assembly for Porsche 911 with 915 Transmission. This is a racing clutch and you will not want to run it in a street car. The price includes the clutch friction plate and the clutch pressure plate with release bearing as shown in the photos. The pressure plate is made by Sachs and is marked "Fichtel & Sachs AG". The Sachs part number is 3032 055 099. TYP MFZ 225. The surface of the pressure plate where it meets the clutch friction disk is very smooth and I can't feel any kind of wear lip on that surface of the pressure plate. There is a light dusting of surface rust on the pressure plate as it has been in storage and I don't put oil anywhere near clutches - should clean straight off with a scotchbrite pad or similar. The clutch friction disk is marked "F&S" which stands for Fichtel & Sachs. As shown in the photos, it is a metallic 6 puck racing disk. The thickness of the friction disk measured at the faces of the friction surfaces is 7.53 mm as shown in the photo.
