Newbie 987 Boxster owner here...

Where did you buy the Numeric cables?

My shift is a bit "loose" so I've been reading up on it and seem to have come the same conclusion - just not sure where to buy them from Oz.

Also not sure if I should replace the shifter itself and if so, with what. 

I wish I could find other samples to see what the results are for each option.
