Good morning everyone

Despite the fact that  I can freely adjust the volume for spotify via BT, I CANNOT adjust the phone volume-- even though I have adjusted my iphone settings to max and maxed out the phone vol on the settings in the system - Macan s 2016-- It is driving me crazy as I can barely hear the caller... any ideas or tips would be sensational!! thank youJen
