window Window rail

I have a 1986 911 cab. The passenger window has fallen off the window rail. Despite my best attempts, temporarily fixed it 3 times now, it keeps falling off so obviously the problem is greater than my minimal skills.

Any recommendations, preferably Melbourne Eastern or South Eastern suburbs, and preferably someone who won't need me to take out a second mortgage.
