935twinturbo Posted 1March, 2012 Author Report Share Posted 1March, 2012 Hey thanks for the reply i have been in touch with Chris at Turbokraft ..i bought the 3.4 barrels and pistons from him ..he suggests to leave the water cooling ports open and pull oil from a 993 front scavenge pump but these are impossible to find ..i was going to pull the oil from rear sender split it in to two and feed turbos then use a modified 3.3 scavenge pump to return it ...but Chris advised me that this will reduced oil pressure and the 3.3 scavenge pump will not cope with two turbos..thats why i would like to speek to someone here that has done this successfully..PD
Guest vas930 Posted 1March, 2012 Report Share Posted 1March, 2012 If it was me I would search the earth for a 993 scavenge pump. No one on this forum has done this type of conversion, that does not mean we are not interested. I would ask for some help here http://forums.pelicanparts.com/911-930-turbo-super-charging-forum/ If you dont get what you need, give this guy a call http://www.patwilliamsracing.com/ Please keep us up to date on the build. It sounds awesome.
