Mark 911 Posted 17July, 2017 Report Share Posted 17July, 2017 Took my 996 c4s to sandown raceway on my first track day on the weekend. I have done a bit of Dragracing in the past but never been on track before. At first I was a bit nervous but after that I had a blast. I was a bit intimidated at firsts in the pits by all the supercharged HSV's, M3's and wrx Subaru's but once I got on track I realise how capable my car was. I was surprised how many cars had problems with overheating and their Break fading after five laps or so. After watching the video footage in my car I realised I had a bad habit of driving with one hand and leaning on the gearstick but other than that I was pretty happy with the way I went.
