My wife's mother has a single garage available at her home in Mount Martha that she no longer uses.

I talked to her today about renting it to someone who wishes to store their car.

It is at her retirement village and perfect for storing a car as it is not connected to any dwelling and is in a strip of single lock up garages at her village. It comes with a remote control door and no other access doors, so very secure, and the renter will be the only person with access. Access to the garage is available 24 X 7 and is close to Nepean Highway.
