nine11 Posted 26October, 2022 Report Share Posted 26October, 2022 Hi everyone. Can I dip into the pool of knowledge regarding tyre pressures? I have 245/35 front & 305/30 rears (Pirelli PZERO ZR20 91Y) on 20" centre-lock wheels. The Porsche placard states (for "1 person & 1 bag") at max 270 km/h, they should be 30 psi front and 33 psi rear. For everyday comfort driving, does 30F/33R work ok? donR Posted 26October, 2022 Report Share Posted 26October, 2022 I don't think tyre pressures make a big difference to comfort with sports cars with 20" wheels although 30-33psi might give you a little more comfort than say 40-43 psi. Going too low you can risk rim damage with pot holes so there is a compromise. Assuming you have PASM, if you are looking for a little more comfort you might want to consider trying a DSC controller which is customisable and can help improve both comfort mode and sports PASM modes. GT3MEZ Posted 28October, 2022 Report Share Posted 28October, 2022 PZero's have a pretty pliant sidewall - id actually run 2 to 3psi higher than recommended for everyday use.
