Getting a km/h face on my uk 95 993 and noticed that there are different scalings on different units. A away to see it is where the 40 mph lines up with the bottom of the  odometer. Im thinking its us vs uk cars but was just curious.

It’s Imperial vs metric.  1 mph = 1.6 kph

Look at 100 mph

thanks OZ930. I might not have been clear or maybe I misunderstand you but if you just look at the MPH on each speedometer the 40mph(as one reference) is in a slightly different position. the top speedometer the 40 mph is positioned lower than the second one.
