cyberpunky Posted 2December, 2013 Report Share Posted 2December, 2013 Just wondering if anyone has tried this in any of their cars ? Basically it is a non water based coolant that has the benefit of a much higher boiling point (180C). It has numerous other claimed benefits too see here
Pabloau Posted 2December, 2013 Report Share Posted 2December, 2013 Yes, used it on the following; Alfa Romeo Gulietta 2.0 2006 BMW 328i Had absolutely no issues, very pleased with it & if I ever go back to a "water buffalo" then would make the conversion, plus I know of 3 people (x2 in the UK & 1 in the USA) who are current 996 / 997 users who seem happy enough & they are "hard core" supporters of Stuttgarts finest............. cyberpunky Posted 2December, 2013 Author Report Share Posted 2December, 2013 Rang my local outlet and $90 for a US gallon(about 8 ltrs) and $70 for the prep, but that can strained and used on another vehicle and only about half is needed for a car, I'm told.
