drives on road and track superb

some telling me when next clutch change due, to make an essential other change to single mass flywheel

some saying amazing pay off in engine response may mean taking on risk with drive shaft unbalanced and other mechanical nasties

any comments?

You will of course have mechanical chatter filter through the drive train moving from a dual mass fly wheel to a single mass (LWFW). I fitted a LWFW & up rated Sachs clutch plate to my 996TT. RPM response was significantly improved. You may need to adjust the settings within your DME (ECU) as the car may have a tendency to stall at times.... Remember the RPM also drops faster. I would highly recommend the LWFW upgrade.
