Francois Delecour to run Tuthill 911 in WRC France

Tuthill Porsche confirm Francoir Delecour's entry in Rallye de France next week.

 

 

The Frenchman will take the Strasbourg start in the British team’s Porsche 911 RGT, following an overwhelming response to yesterday’s WRC.com story reporting the withdrawal of his entry. 

Team principal Richard Tuthill told WRC.com: “Almost as soon as the story went up on WRC.com, we started getting calls saying how disappointed people were.

"Quite honestly, we had to make this happen once we realised what it meant for people to see Francois Delecour compete in a 911. 

"It’s fantastic that we’ve achieved this. Now we – as much as everybody else – are looking forward to seeing Francois drive his home round of the World Rally Championship in our car.”
