Dean Mc Dermott Posted 12September, 2013 Report Share Posted 12September, 2013 Hi,only joined up today,i happened to work briefly for Allan Hamilton 1988-91 in a non mechanical role,goffer/driver at Sth Yarra and Richmond,i have a few good pics of Allan's 917-30 and Tony Fitzgerald's racer,some of Allan's other toys,workshop etc,recently read an 2 part artical on him,very candid and still on top of his game,go to WWW.speed cafe.com,had a ball working there,was envied by all my mates,drove some amazing automobiles,Kremmers the lot!! haven't seen a better run facility since,every one is going on about Zagame in Richmond,well when we moved to the Bryant and may site it was not only the talk of Melbourne,but the talk of the industry world wide,nothing was near it in class,service, or the emaculate workshop,i doubt there would be anything like it today.feel free to reply.
