Chris-p Posted 12September, 2010 Report Share Posted 12September, 2010 Hi guys, Put the battery back in my car yesterday and fired it Up. Took it to the servo and filled up ready to take for a run out to Calder this morning for the pcv sprint day. When I got back from the servo, I put the spare tyre back in and this morning tried to start the car and it will not fire. It's as if the immobilizer has kicked in and will not deactivate. I disconnected the battery and reconnected again and noticed there was no clicks from all the relays. It seems like I have knocked something when I put the spare back in as it was fine up to that point. Oh and I did push the remote button to arm and disarm the immobilizer but it hasn't helped! Anybody have any ideas? Appreciate any advice anyone can offer. Cheers Chris
aaa Posted 13September, 2010 Report Share Posted 13September, 2010 Real quick advise for the moment, but checked the fuses? Ignitor fuse? First step...
Chris-p Posted 13September, 2010 Author Report Share Posted 13September, 2010 Thanks for the advice. I think it might be the DME relay, anyway its been towed to my mechanics and he is on to it now, so thats a good thing! Cheers Chris
